Not even a joke. Animal abuse is de facto legal and that needs to change. Raise the driver's license age to 25, ban driving in cities, ban all non-service animals from being outdoors, give every child a revolver and a tallboy at age 11. This isn't the entire Scrotal Program. Stay tuned patriots.
