The thing is vyvanse is a pro-drug so the effect would be less than it would be for adderall. I’m pretty sure vyvanse is converted to amphetamines while still in the GI tract so you’ll probably get some benefit though.
Edit: Nope, it is converted after absorption so Tums does nothing for vyvanse.

Well I'm on Concerta/Ritalin, so the magnesium might be doing something. Kind of uncomfortable in the long run.
Have taken magnesium before but not this particular brand. I'd never had this strong of an effect from magnesium before but since the supplements industry is mostly unregulated you don't really know what you are having. Gonna switch to another kind of magnesium and see if that feels better
