I'm not sure what's going on behind the scenes to make this necessary
If i had to guess, Bretts probably making some kind of copyright claim or something stupid like that.
Saw this exact thing play out on the "Struggle Session" podcast where one of the hosts wanted to leave and gets bought out, but then proceeds to try to make claim on ownership of the podcast.
Probably 3+ years ago? They originally had 3 hosts, 1 wanted to do their own thing, then had buyer's remorse.
I want all my podcast daddies to be friends and be happy :meow-hug:
If you've been following Bryan's twitter, this has been a little while coming

When he says "what happened in August," he's referring to an incident when Brett had a bad reaction to meds and was hospitalized

It's odd that he said the show would stay on the same feed in September
Given his tone, the urgency, it seems like something happened today to accelerate things
I know that Bryan was going to rebrand the show with a new name, but I don't know why it's on a new feed unless he got locked out of the old one for some reason
I was never much of a listener, but I did hang out in a few of Street Fight's secret groups over the years. I obviously don't know Brett personally, but from what I witnessed in those spaces he came across as extremely gracious, kind, and the real deal. Not an endorsement of podcasts being more than entertainment.
Zero knowledge or opinion about Bryan.
I've interacted with both of them a little bit and they both seem like nice guys but who knows what is going on. I know Bryan had some of his relatives working for him and now he says it's a one-man operation, I don't know if that means he's doing the production by himself now.
