It does for sure cut both ways but locally they mishandled it so bad in the place where weed was at the highest consumption level in the country before legalization, so legal shit is pricier and kinda lame cause if you want bulk you can only get one strain at a time. It's basically a backup for when your dude is busy still. On the good end the mid level dealers are just crooked distribution center workers now, so it kinda worked out.
Yeah the grey market is still kind of thriving on the west coast.
And the east. The maritime acrually beat the wear coast based on wastewater studies for weed consumption.
