Sometimes I feel like ppl straight up just are getting upset that ppl are talking about media that's not set in The West/in English on some subconscious level and have to find a reason to make it "woke" or whatever. Like do ppl ITT only consume media from "AES" countries or do you say this weird shit about Japan and then go and watch American, Italian, Spanish, and German media?
