there is also this one, but it has kinda incomprehensible interface, and this one doesn't have regex

actually, I was thinking it’s a convenient thingy to add notes to politicians, journalists, institutes and think tanks names like Girl Scouts (sponsored by raytheon), or john settlerman (sponsored by aipac).
Would be nice to have weighted replacements as well, instead of static, and prolly initial lookup to skip words without capital letter though for brainy option
