    I heard it was kinda regarded as a luxury brand over there? Or at the very least PBR tried to sell itself like that when it broke into the market - then again I'm referencing that from a Cracked article I read from like a decade ago.

      Yeah in the 90s it is common for Chinese to give PBR in bottle to friends and acquaintances.

      I told my parents that i drink PBR because it’s cheap and they were surprised
