It's -10f but the wind chill makes it around -30f and it's blowing hard. I tried to leave the hospital earlier and the elevators had frozen so I walked to the ground floor with a herd of other people

    My room isn't getting warm! Its fine in the living room but it won't get warm in my room! Luckily my roommate is fine if I sleep on the couch but ugh!!! Idk if one of my windows isnt properly sealed or what???

        Idk I'm renting in a subsidized disability apartment i dont know these things really??? I have contacted maintenance though.

      how is your house heated, if central make sure the duct is open. close ducts in parts of the house you don't need as warm

        I dont think my apartment is large enough for concerns of "parts of the house you dont need as warm" its just a my room, my roomates room, our repsective bathrooms, and the all connected central area (entrance, living, small dining, kitchen). Idk. Thanks though.
