Seriously, I don't read much but it's one of the best novels imo. If anyone has more suggestions for dreamlike noir stories, please let me know.

The Third Policeman is not heavy reading in any sense.
If you can find a copy of The Best of Myles, that's even lighter. It's basically a collection of his shitposts.
