I actually used this when Animal Crossing came out. Not since though.
For posting screenshots and clips, yes, not for actually viewing posts. Also, Splatoon has a posting system where you can see other people's art around the city, and this strangely worked through Twitter & Facebook until now
Weird, I've never played Splatoon and mostly used my switch as a Zelda and retro JRPG machine so I had no idea. The only time I've used Twitter in the past 5 years is to complain about my internet service.
