It tastes the worst but it's got the best macros and I mostly use fake milk for cooking anyway. I wish almond milk wasn't the cheapest kind available (at Costco, in bulk).
Why people hate almond milk? Serious question
It's always tasted watery to me. Maybe I've never had good almond milk? Also it's probably still better than dairy, but the water needed for the crops doesn't feel great.
It's basically almond flavored vitamin water, there's not a lot of almond that actually goes into it.
