The best tip I have is to let the soil dry completely between watering. Water as little as you can. If you’re in a humid environment, water them even less. Try to keep the leaves dry if they’re glabrous (covered in fine hair) as the hairs will trap water and promote rot.
Thanks, in Texas and it does get very humid sometimes. Any idea if this is enough light? Cabinet should be around 4k lumens, but it's a lot dimmer on the bottom, a few of these were listed as "high light"
Hard to tell from the photo but a sunny windowsill is going to have substantially more PAR than a grow lamp. For some of those, they'd be perfectly happy a couple inches away from the bulb. Just watch for signs of etiolation (legginess) and move things around as necessary.
