Reactionaries will screech about kids being ‘groomed’ to the gay agenda or whatever, but will be perfectly fine with this.

    Death to America

Slavery never went away. It just became wage slavery.

Slavery is the ultimate endgame of a capitalist. It is what this country is continuing to push for. You are allowed to own a fraction of your labor, and they will continually find ways to reduce and box in what you are allowed to do with that fraction.

I would agree, but it allows the proletariat a small wiggle room of control because it allows them to have a tiny fragment of capital. Capitalists want chattel slavery even if it costs more because it's total control. That is why they have continually tried to restrict what people can do with their slice, to the point that their slice is meaningless.

                > Trump stops publishing the deaths of foreign-born child workers.

                > Biden doesn't undo that.

Overall, the agency lost immediate contact with a third of migrant children.

A fucking THIRD?! Okay, so this isn't just the huge problem it sounded like on the surface; this is the US government engaging in human trafficking yet again

I am thinking this morning... of [among others] the little children who in this system are robbed of their childhood and in their tender years are seized in the remorseless grasp of Mammon and forced into the industrial dungeons, there to feed the monster machines while they themselves are being starved and stunted, body and soul. I see them dwarfed and diseased and their little lives broken and blasted because in this high noon of Christian civilization money is still so much more important than the flesh and blood of childhood. In very truth gold is god today and rules with pitiless sway in the affairs of men.

Over a century past the high noon of Christian civilization, and here we are still.

Kill, death, wishing hatred and suffering and death upon these “people” employing and collecting rent from a child. Death death death

I can already see the conservative replies

“If he doesn’t like America and working, he can go back to Mexico”
