For me, my number one is probably BioShock. The water effects already looked incredible 15 years ago, so I can only imagine how Rapture would look with 2023-onward technology.

F Zero GX. Keep all of the mechanics exactly the same, throw in all of the AX content and a track editor to complement the machine editor and you can dethrone Mario Kart 8+ as the best racer out right now.

In my head, where it's nice and safe, there is a game called F-Zero Switch, which added Samus, Fox McCloud, and the guy from Redline as "guest racers"
