I was having this issue. I toggled it to desktop mode and it loaded. And then when I toggled back the problem was fixed. It doesn't make sense but it worked somehow
It might be something cache related, which should get fixed with a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5) of the page (opening it on a different browser won't have the problem because it has its own cache, and the switching to desktop mode and back probably ends up causing a refresh, fixing it in a roundabout way).
I've noticed I tend to have these issues whenever the site goes down for maintenance - I once spent like 2 days thinking the site was down, until I opened it on my phone, saw that it loaded successfully, and then realized that all I needed to do was a hard refresh :biden-forgor:

Switching the site to mobile mode (Ctrl+Shift+M) and switching back seems to work on PC Firefox, so that's a decent workaround.
