How with euros to dollars? I wanted to but couldn't figure it out. Also forgot to add, they kinda need help quickly so mailing is gonna take too long. Was hoping email could work

You could do any like Visa E-Gift card - those can be added to Apple/Samsung/Google Pay, so assuming they have a phone and are shopping somewhere that accepts contactless payment - they could easily use it that way. Or, like just write down the card number and ask the employee at the store to enter it manually on their end (when I worked at walmart, it was a bit of a hassle because policy dictated a manager had to be called over but I'd key in people's debit/credit cards manually all the time whenever I was at a register with a shitty pin-pad. ymmv depending on the store, but most places should be able to do it upon request although I could see some karens thinking it is sus). Walmart definitely has an in-app payment method too.

Can be sent via email - but I believe they also have a physical option which you can send.

I've used Vanilla before - https://www.vanillagift.com but any of the Visa Gift Card authorized sellers (https://usa.visa.com/pay-with-visa/find-card/buy-gift-card) should result in a card that can be used online or via mobile pay options.

I don’t know trustworthy site from the top of my head as I’ve done it 4 years ago. You get a checkout form for your own card, pay it, you maybe get hit with commission on money exchange (if your bank super shitty, around 2 bucks), and receive data in email

I’ve used PayPal internationally, from the US to a country much more difficult to get money to and from than probably anywhere in Europe. Just have to make sure it’s in the “friends and family” category, and you might have to jump through some hoops to get an account signed up. You also may need to pay a fee for international transfers.

Much easier to send dollars since most international trade is in dollars and many countries seek to import dollars.
