I am on the left. I am getting a back problem from using a pizza wheel and tossing doughs. Cutting the pizzas take a decent amount of leaning into it cause there are no such things as sharp pizza wheels after cutting a few pizzas on a metal tray (it's kinda the only way practically speaking) so I'm leaning into my left shoulder so that hurts from thst and reaching up for takeout boxes and my Lowe back in the right hurts from the constant stretch. I've tried other ways to do it for switching up but aside from switching hands and becoming ambidextrous there isn't really anything that works.
