Careful, some white pepper is good but some is fucking nasty and literally smells like toasted cow shit.
Like literally I have been in a dairy megafarm that was running its giant pool of cow diarrhea through a huge drum dryer like this so they could use it as fertilizer and cow bedding and the smell was overwhelming and persistent. A year later an in-law sent us some mixed peppercorns and I smelled it and it caused instant memory recall to the shit factory
