IIRC, on Kosovo, Chomsky is much closer to Parenti, so you could search for his opinion too.
Correct me if I am wrong, but Chomsky basically presented how bombing of Yugoslavia (or what was left of it) was simply because they didn’t bend the knee to the US. That Kosovar “army” conducted a terrorist campaign and that Serbian forces did crimes only AFTER the NATO attack.
