I LOVE MY WHITE BOY, AR-15!! Lakers lead 2-1, I'm in full Lake show delusion!
I'm gonna admit to being delusional, Lakers - Celtics finals, the whole world is happy!
Let's discuss this first round so far! How's your teams? Any thoughts on the drama so far?
Tonight’s Lakers game was nuts, especially considering how over it already was after five minutes. But Ja made it interesting and Brooks made it stupid and Anthony Davis crashed into Will Ferrell and . . .
The Lakers are the only sports team doing it for me right now!
The Dodgers just piss me off, the off season moves are a joke, i don't blame Roberts i blame Andrew Friedman.
The LA Galaxy are in the middle of a fan boycott because their ownership only cares about selling jerseys
My soccer national teams🇭🇳🇸🇻, god I'm just not gonna bother before i rant for hours.
Dillon got exactly what he asked for lol
It is very likely that Shohei Ohtani is wearing Dodger blue next season, and almost certain that the front office pursues signing him at the very least. Hence their relative frugality this off season
And I'd love that, but outbidding the Yankees and other teams for Ohtani is very unlikely. Andrew Friedman runs the dodgers like he's in the movie Moneyball, but they raised the price of every single thing at Dodger stadium. The truth of the matter is.
Roberts, who i think is a good coach, should not be getting the blame of the dodgers mishaps. Andrew Friedman goes through every single season with the same problem. We lose in the postseason because of one thing: PITCHING. The rotation and/or bullpen, and I'm amazed that every season he does absolutely nothing to mend that problem. The dodgers have a very proud farm system but in order to win a pennant they need key pieces, you're not gonna win a pennant off a young farm system.
I don't believe the Ohtani sweepstakes is in excuse for this constant mistake every off-season. And i don't think one of the few black baseball coaches in the game should be getting the blame for an issue the front office has failed to mend time and time again. That's just my take
I see. As it happens, I only got more into baseball in 2020, and I also never followed the Dodgers' playoff series super closely since then. I remember the 2021 wildcard thriller and last October's goose game (video of the latter for anyone who is curious), but other than those games I was never super keyed-in to why they keep falling short in the playoffs, with the notable exception of when Kevin "It's Cashin' Time" Cash pulled Snell in the 2020 World Series
The dodgers literally every postseason failure since 08 starts at pitching in either the rotation and/or bullpen.
You might have some bats go dead, unproductive hitting in the postseason but the pitching it usually where it begins and ends. With the exception of 2020, unfortunately just like the Lakers most fans don't acknowledge that title.
