Its already Hindu Authoritarism, if congres wins the election i dont think Modi would led them rule, plus corporatism is alive and well in india with national capitalists, the military, political elite and the masses led by the BJP all working together in benefit of the state
Military has been more resistant (relatively) compared to other parts of the Indian Government. I'm not saying a coup couldn't happen but that's the less likely scenario.
The elections aren't very fair so the likelihood of the opposition winning is low. But if they win I'm not sure what the BJP is going to do? Jan 6th but on much larger scale?
