Dudes can just wear it as a scarf. There's a lot of YouTube videos that show different styles for it. I'm not a good source because when I wore it while presenting male, people thought I was just a gay fashionista.

These folks clam to be the only 100% Palestinian produced and original from the 60's... They seem to be more legit.
Hirbawi are the only handmade keffiyeh producers left - afaik all the rest are produced more cheaply in china. Demand's increased just a little since October 7th though, so you'll have to try and grab one as soon as they restock every few weeks.
