      That was like 3-4 days ago and the person who posted it just showed an icon on their homescreen, which is super-easy to fake if you have a hacked Switch. And also said their friend had access to an actual cart, not just the ROM, I believe, which is way less believable.

        Used SwitchExplorer tool to extract everything from the \Data\StreamingAssets\ portion of the rom. Looks like there are some questionable items in here, as well as a few various game roms for other systems here too (NDS, Wii, PS1, PS2), including an English-translated McDonald's eCDP Nintendo DS rom + save file + password.
