    but Gonzalo himself was based in his time and you should read him. The movements in South America inspired by the PCP are good to study as well.

    Yeah, see, this is where I have to part from him. There's nothing to gain from studying Gonzalo except to study failure and monstrosity. He created a death cult and ordered massacres of the peasants he and his group were supposed to be organizing.

        I didn't say that he did, I said that he upholds them, and while I might have been wrong about that, he does at least defend them. I remember that the piece of his that I read cited the charge of SP "boiling babies" as an example of a ridiculous anticommunist myth, and stopped reading. SP did execute young children, and they did torture people with boiling water, and while they didn't actually do those two things at the same time, it still seemed like a horrible example to use as ridiculous and unbelievable anticommunist lies.
