She said i should see someone who had experience with "extremism" and "racism"

I had to fight the urge to call her a PMC radlib

Ok first of all are you American and living in the US? I'll assume yes to both and based on that I'll be honest with you and maybe this is a hot take but this community is so tone deaf at times and this is one of those times, you went to a therapist and you basically said "I hate the majority of people".

Now of course, you post here and you can show us your leftist beliefs. But unless you can convince others of what you actualy believe what exactly is the difference between you saying this and some deranged Nazi or 4chan incel that is about to get out of that office and grab a gun and shoot down 50 people in a mall?

I seriously don't understand what were you expecting here, specially if you live in the US. If anything I'd be worried if she said "oh yes its good to feel anger, have you tried a stress ball to help you out?".

Now obviously I'm sure I'm giving this specific person a bit too much credit, but in general, I don't know how else to say this but:

    1- You're white.

2- You went in public and expressed extreme hate.

3- You live in the US where 1 + 2 equals you're about to take a gun and kill 50 people if they look at you funny.

Like perhaps a bit of self-awareness is good? Are you expecting random libs in PMC jobs to applaud you for your revolutionary beliefs and anger towards crackers while you live in a country where white people will regularly commit genocide because a child knocked on their door or something.
