I remember when this first raised people's suspicions. I'm assuming it would be denied but apparently you can apply for a new license within a year of doing this:

Yeah, it was all the shit he did after the crash what got him in trouble, particularly removing the plane from the crash scene with his buddy's helicopter, dismantling it and disposing of the identifying marks, then being all "whoops can't find it lmao" when asked by the investigation team.
