The red pill from Matrix purposefully looks exactly like Premarin, back then the most commonly prescribed estrogen. As pill shapes, markings and colors are strictly regulated in the US, they still look like they did more than 20 years ago and Ibuprofen is legally forbidden from looking like the red pill. The only reason that we do not see matrix red pills all over trans meme communities is that Amerikan doctors now prescirbe estradiole for HRT, in the form of an oval, light blue pill with a "b" like symbol on one side and the other side showing a breakline with the numbers 886 and 1 next to it.
Not that i would know personally, my estradiole comes as a clear gel in a pump bottle. It is drying on my arm as i'm typing this and yes, it does make me know kung fu.
