Nothing weird about it, but it's what got me into the Shortwave Listening hobby back in 2017.
http://rx.linkfanel.net/ is a map which aggregates similar receivers from other places in the world and is based on a slightly different software which allows you to use extensions like say decoding FAX messages for sea weather reports, Digital Radio Mondiale (DRM - shortwave radio signal range but with good quality audio... if the signal is good and decodable) broadcasts and much more.
