i use either an Aeropress or a Bodum pour over (if i want to destroy myself with too much caffeine) I was getting Zapatista coffee from a local distributor but they stopped carrying them for some reason so I've just been buying Aldi beans right now.

i just shelled out for a fancy burr grinder and it rules.
