Max speed is like 25 MPH and every component is built like a tank, the main market is preppers and """"hunters"""" who don't mind the loud as fuck ancient motor scare away game.

There are a lot of parallels between the Rakon and the M-72, though the Rakon leans a lot heavier into the "rugged, all terrain" aspect while Dneprs and Urals sacrifice some of that capability to be able to hit higher road speeds.
Modern Urals are even 2WD - though they engage the sidecar wheel, not the front wheel.
