I once had someone ask me to microwave her a chicken pot pie because everytime she tried they came out burnt. I read the directions and in bold lettering it said to not take the pot pie out of the box because it had one of those microwave disks and she stopped me and asked why I was doing that. She had only read the directions down to the cook time and never bothered to read, again, the sentence highlighted in bold directly underneath it after scorching 5 of them.
