The general rule of thumb is if your European country doesn't touch the Mediterranean Sea, your collection of barely edible solids and liquids that you misconstrue as "cuisine" is complete garbage, not even worth feeding dogs with. And honestly, that's even cruel to the dogs, especially the dogs who are already accustomed to eating the scraps out of countries with actual cuisines.
