I hadn't read that, but that is definitely not an apology. The article is weirdly written, since at first it seems to be criticizing him for not being apologetic enough about his past shitty jokes, mentions him defending Chappelle (:stalin-gun-1: :stalin-gun-2: ), but at the end it brushes that off and goes all ”Wow, he's grown so much as person!”.
