TV on the Radio are one of my favorite groups ever. This one is an absolute banger for sure. It's been almost 10 years since their last album, I hope they can release at least one more. :(
Unfortunately I don't think that they'll be making more music, they've only made one album since the bassist Gerard Smith died of lung cancer 12 years ago at 36 years of age, very very sad story. Their song Killer Crane is a tribute to him.
I think the closest you'll get to new music are any solo projects from the band members.
