It's a good concept spoiled by bad writing and oh my god, that second season is absolute dogshit outside of one single episode
It's been a while but from what I recall:
- Pacing felt slow
- The MC's grandfather was a war criminal (fought in Korea)
- Very much played into the idea that the US and the Nazis were meaningfully ideologically opposed
- Some historical inconsistencies (IIRC they mention "GIs" liberating Auschwitz, which would imply it was the americans)
- Copaganda with the "good" FBI agent
- "If you kill a nazi you're just as bad as the nazis!"
The last episode of season 1 had me rolling my eyes the whole time.
i watched it for the nazi killing parts but thats about it
cant really remember the plot lmao
I think the twist at the end of season one was so unnecessary, ridiculous, and stupid. And it's such a fundamental part of the show that it kinda ruins everything before and after as a result.
