    I'm assuming a lot here, but it's interesting to think about humans living in an environment where they mostly don't have to deal with acute threats, but have constant background stressors - so they need pharmaceuticals that numb their threat-assessment and anxiety. But it ends up in the water of animals that don't have that background anxiety (maybe, probably) but do face acute threats, so it's really innapropriate.

    Maybe we need to just make all the medicated crayfish into indoor cats.
