    moderate exercises to the body

    Apart from a shotgun bruising my shoulder and carrying something weighing a whole 2kg, I can't think of any physical impact a gun has ever had on me. I'd understand if he was advocating for archery or something but guns exist to make a difficult thing as easy as possible for the laziest kind of hunter.
