    GOOD, GO OUT AND GET SWOLE

    110 days (plus the few days it counted together because i'd row at night and then the morning) is all it took for me to go from "idk kind of doughy w/ beer belly" to having lats almost like Bruce Lee, massive upper pecs, fuckin BOULDER SHOULDERS

    I went from "dad bod" to "i could beat up your dad" bod and YOU CAN TOO

    I wanna see mutual aid networks of comrades buying community rowing machines and sharing them to all get jacked to all hell. The People's Rowers will build perfect bodies for the vanguard, battalions of police will cower at the mere sight of our meaty and powerful frames

        i have to stretch a lot to avoid back pain and stuff because my hamstrings get real tight and also sometimes I do obliques and planks and pushups and squats and bicep curls but most of the time I am too lazy for that shit I ain't got time for all that
