So I have an iPhone SE (first edition) that's kind of old, needs some repairs, I cant get software updates, and, more importantly, hexbear doesn't work on it anymore. So I was thinking about a replacement and wondering what kinds of phones are similar. What I like about my current phone is the smaller form factor, which just feels more ergonomic to me. I wouldn't mind going a little bigger, but I really want a phone that's comfortable to use in one hand and keep in my pocket. I pretty much exclusively use my phone to browse the internet and read pdfs, so it doesn't need to be high-end (I think? Having a fast processor wouldn't make a difference for that, right?), I also don't care about the camera and I take a charger with me most places so the battery life isn't as important, but an oled screen would be nice. Other pluses would be a clean design and being able to last a couple years (my last phone before my current one was an iPhone 5, to give you an idea of how much I like change).
Basically I wan't something that's comfortable to hold in my hand and read posts on. Any suggestions?
Edit: Forgot, but a headphone jack is something I'd really like
Asus ZenFone 10. Has a headphone jack, small form factor, and the latest, top of the line, Snapdragon 8 gen 2 chipset. A bit expensive though.
If you are okay with the idea of a folding screen, the latest Motorola Razr+/40 ultra flip phone is another good option. The outer screen allows any app to be run on it, and the outer display is a 3.5 inch screen with a square aspect ratio, so it's really compact. Or you can wait for the latest Samsung Galaxy z flip 5 to be released next month, it will also have a similar sized outer display.
