Apparently, previous civilization was some kind of eco-ancom utopia, and ended up being destroyed because they didn't have mao-wave. And in general, this situation sure reminds you of something, doesn't it?

If you're curious, the game is a rougelike called Elona. Apparently, original author wanted to make a japanese ADOM, but ended up with a multigenre mess. Still absolutely fun and i would recommend it. It's entirely free, here is a link to the wiki: https://elona.fandom.com/

On the right side of the main page you can always find latest download links. You'll need Elona+, which is the latest, largest fork of the original game. And if you want properly working cutscenes and some nice tweaks, you should also get Custom-GX. Ignore Elona Mobile, it's not a port, it's some unrelated gacha grift.
