Maple logs inoculated from sawdust in summer 2021. Red stuff is cheese wax which I used to seal the inoculation sites
minus-squareAssian_Candor [comrade/them]hexagonMhexbear3·1 year agoUsually with logs you don’t get anything for a year, a massive flush year 1 and then it calms down but keeps going for a few years depending on the log size. This is with shiitake . The oysters took 2 years. link
