Depends if they are 24/7 (i would think so), then next natural jump is 6-6.5 hours, which amount to 33 percent jump in wages. They can't bear it as is (their labor and benefits is 11 billion, profit 2 billion roughly), so maybe thats flat out not possible without reducing per hour pay.

UPS isn't 24/7 really. Package handlers mostly work overnight, though I think there are two shifts? and delivery drivers only work during the day really. I had a buddy that worked there a long time, so this is just from memory ofc
