Edit 1: Wisconcom finally found the file, and has DM'd me on Discord! He joined the archive server we set up of his "Committee" and found my name from there. But he failed to realise one thing -- it was all a facade!

Since November* 2022, ProleWiki has been the victim of a very dedicated stalker and harasser.
ProleWiki has been maintaining this document since February of 2023, when Wisconcom was ramping up his attacks and harassment against us.
When he left us alone briefly in May-June 2023, we agreed we would not publish it so as not to ruin his reputation. It was always an equivalent exchange: if you stop bothering us, we'll leave you alone.
He didn't though, he came back in July as many of you are aware, and so we make good on our promise. That is one thing Wisconcom -- and all harassers that would come our way -- must realise about us.
Be prepared for a long read, but it's worth it.

Man this guy makes no sense at all. I wrote him into my danganronpa fanfic, by the way, (shameless self-promotion), so go read it, I guess.
In the time Wisconcom has spent campaigning against ProleWiki, China built over 3500km of domestic railway, and idk how much overseas. It became the first to bring a Thorium reactor into full service. It connected land-locked Laos to a globe-spanning trade network. It added the Wentian and Mengtian lab modules to its space station.
However, I want to point out that I think the comparison to cartoon villains is unfair.
Cobra Commander, Megatron and Skeletor have charisma and this guy wouldn't be invited to hang out with them.
Honestly, I don't think they're a fed. A fed would be immensely more effective at outreach and faction-building. Like, if Mx. Thermonuclear was an actually-paid-and-funded opp rather than one poor, blinkered settler, they'd have a NAFO-sized brigade by now.
I don't think he is either, but he certainly acts like one. I also think, from the messages with our founder, that he has taken a step back at times and thought to himself "wtf am I doing" but he's also admitted that he is (and I quote) "unable to stop thinking about ProleWiki".
Like that's our problem lol
He's the lemmygrad/prole wiki equivalent to the box ghost from danny phantom.

It's funny but also a bit sad that somebody is stuck in such a weird pointless loop (that is, if he's not actually a fed or something). Hopefully he learns to become less of an insufferable arse some day.
I’m honestly just confused after reading this. I feel like if I were this obsessed with this project it would make more sense for me to just I don’t know, make my own wiki instead of just harassing Prolewiki members. Odd
He has neither the technical knowledge nor the money for it. Those two we know for sure, but I also think he simply doesn't want to be in charge of his own platform, because it's also a lot of work. That and he obviously gets some satisfaction from interacting with prolewiki, even negatively.
But like was said in the files, we don't think even he knows why he wants to infiltrate prolewiki. He learned pretty early he couldn't just get rid of the admins and seize it for himself but that doesn't stop him. And like he's had a youtube channel, he's had a substack, but instead of working on and growing them he either deleted them or abandoned them. He can't seem to focus on anything except prolewiki lol
At this point the prospect of getting a lawyer seems more and more tempting, we could probably cover the costs somehow and it would force him to provide some answers for his behaviour.
I suppose that does indeed make sense as a reason. But yeah, the obsession with Prolewiki is insane. I read his sub stack page on it and I just sorta don’t believe someone actually went to that amount of time to write that on an internet website they were banned from. It’s insane.
