Were documents regarding the Iraq war not included in this plea deal also? I don't have the time to go looking myself, but maybe the DNC emails are the focused concern of the tweet author (idk who the fuck mario nawfal is, seems like a scumbag wallstreet type from a quick search) but is not the primary concern (or at least not the only concern) to the US legal system.

Idk, i find it hard to believe the DNC emails are actually more important to the state dept. than the Iraq documents. It's not surprising that they are more relevant to political agents, but from a security-department perspective those are irrelevant, or so i would have thought.
