Late to the party, but one of the Paizo devs said on discord that starfinder is a separate canon and so being alive in that is no confirmation they'll survive.
On the other hand I agree it should be Shelyn by Zon's hand, making him the god of love and loss, art and pain, and beauty and envy, which is a banger of a portfolio.
