Probably my favorite type of poultry dish tbh
Tbh I prefer the spices in the breading a la Popeye's. Makes it more evenly distributed and less messy.
If you just want heat, though, it's hard to beat.
Thats fair. Nashville style and Buffalo style are both messy as hell. I do hate the mess they leave on my fingers and around my mouth when I indulge.
I love that we like out spicy shit here. Boo to mayo and ranch
My dad's family was pure scots irish hillbilly farmer types, and they didn't seem to like ranch or mayo. Meanwhile my black friend loves the shit
I don't think it's a white thing. Don't really care though. I just like spicy shit.
You have family history that you can trace back to Northern ireland as well?
Was your family protestant? If they're protestant they're probably ulster scots (scots who lived in northern ireland province of ulster for a period of time before coming to the US) from northern ireland rather than Southern Irish who are usually catholic in religion
I know my dad's side has a ancestors who fought in the revolutionary war..
But my mom's native so her family has been here far longer than even his lol
Yeah you're dad's probably motly scots irish. Still irish just originally from Scotland. Then moved to the north of Ireland and finally to america America.
Check it out. We are the original working class whites lol

It’s not as spicy as they advertise it as, and I was disappointed by that. Otherwise good
Quality is everything, sweet-spicy stuff is rarely my first go to but when it's done right it's superb. Gotta find places that properly brine their chicken and add the spice to the batter rather than drizzle it on post-frying
I've had the real deal original in Nashville, it's amazing. Gotta say though, my home made is better.
If you are good at cooking spicy dishes. Your significant other is super lucky.
I'd like to think so, but I'm also lucky to have someone who's a foodie and will try a lot of things. Chicken tiki Marsala tonight, from scratch!
