Let me know how the audio is, I think it's pretty good this time besides my voice getting a bit worn out, and it required a lot less editing.
The acknowledgment of the privileges and mindset of white gay men, while also making clear that they aren't like, responsible for gentrification, was pretty good this chapter, as well as the comparison of the cultural memory of 9/11 vs that of AIDS (or the lack of cultural memory of AIDS at all really.)
