I went a bit too close to the nest, and the hawk flew a few feet away and started drooping both of its wings like they were injured

Then it seemed to realize it was overacting and started to droop just one wing

When I started to walk away, it decided to go all in, let go of the branch it was hanging from and pretended to fall to the ground (while flapping its wings just enough to land on its feet)

All in all 4/5 performance, would have most likely fooled me if I was a natural predator to hawks
