It's from a duology of movies from 1954 and 1955. They're actually pretty good, especially part 2.
There's many memorable scenes, such as when there's a protest outside a fancy bourgeois party and a popping champagne cork causing panic, or the strike scene with the Solidaritätslied playing in the background
