This is a plant stand I made using cheap pine that was sealed and stained. The herbs and flowers are doing really well on it. I fertilize the plants once or twice a week and water when the soil looks dry - about every day it doesn't rain so far it seems. The herbs pictured are basil, chocolate mint, thyme, parsley, oregano, and chives. I love using fresh herbs in my cooking.
